    i’m taking Fast Lane’s advice and reposting my thread under a different subject.

    I’ll be going down to Perth next week (leaving Sunday) to visit family as well as check out the property market there.

    I was wondering if any forumites could recommend a few decent agents that serve Mandurah and Rockingham. I’m planning to look around that area on this trip.

    most agents are so busy that you will have no hope of being shown around etc but if you wander into the centruy 21 office near the roundabout there they seem to be doing a lot of business
