Hi guys,
Anyone up on FHOG info. This is the scenario…..
My mum is single and has never owned property so I am assuming she would be eligible for FHOG. The problem is that she is unemployed at present and can’t afford to pay her rent (we are subsidising). I hate paying dead money on rent and the rental situation in Perth is crazy so I’m trying to think outside the square a little.
One option I thought we may consider, is getting a granny flat built or transporting in a Park Home (we have room on our PPOR block for this). We could get the loan ourselves but I wondered if maybe mum could get a loan and be eligible for the FHOG.
Any thoughts?[blink]
