    I was wondering where you go to find out the rental demand in an area. I am interested in finding it out for areas in rural WA. Any suggestiongs???

    Hi Bom,

    For a start, why don’t you ring the RE agents and ask how many properties there are for rent on their rental lists.

    The easiest way to figure out what’s in demand is to ask a few rental agents ‘What sort of property can’t you get enough of?’. This has always produced great information for me.
