We are looking to buy a property in a small country town, 90 minutes from Perth.

Being commercial, any lender we approach will not touch it.

Has anyone got any ideas or advice.

    Hello

Not sure why you can’t find a lender for commercial property. Have you approached a broker to find you a deal?

I live in Perth & have recently bought a commercial property. A broker put together the deal for us. If you would like their contact details let me know. They may be able to help.

    Cheers

Often with commercial the lenders require more equity or deposit that residential so perhaps this is where you are finding difficulty. How much deposit/equity in the property do you have?
