    Caught this comment on the news tonight in a story about housing.

    “In 25 years 70% of us (general population) will live in homes that exist now”

    If that is correct, then there is a hell of a lot of developing to be done in 25 years. If 30% of the the population in 2030 will be living in new dwellings, thats accommodation for approx 7 million people.

    and existing stock will need to be brought up to scratch with the new stuff or fall way behind in desirability
