Currently looking at a number of options on properties to either build and lease to GEHA for 5 year options or buy established. However have heard on the good old grape vine that some tennants of GEHA properties can be more of a head ache than say corporate tenants. Looking to speak with any current investors with GEHA leases please. Let me know what your experiences are . I am aware that GEHA have certain requirements especially on the security side of things. Anything i need to look out for.
