- In my book, The Day the Bubble Bursts, written some 18 months ago, I warned of the coming severe correction in the property market and what one could do to protect oneself. To the relief of all, including myself, this sharp correction has not yet occurred. i read the book 18 months ago and throught the books a joke, and sadly so is Olly.
those who took the opposite view to Olly 18 months ago and bought property are sitting on some very nice capital growth, thanks olly you might have scared a few into sellling.[biggrin]
