    G’day all,

I’m looking at several commercial and industrial properties at the moment, but am unsure whether i will be able to tenant them, as they are designed for specialist companies. How am i able to find out whether i am able to tenant the properties?

    I’ve thought of several ideas:
    1) Advertising in local papers for tenants of specialist properties,
    2) Door knocking,

    How do you find tenants?

    Many thanks

    Nick

    Hello Nick,
These things you have mentioned are a great start!
There is no subsitite for getting on the ground and just asking around. You will soon see if its going to be a goer or not.

I would also try and think big and seek out connections in the bigger companies that may want to rent yr prospective propertys. If you can land a good multi -national company on a long term lease you are solving the biggest problem that comes with buying commercial property.(and profit well!!)

You have tryed the local Commercial RE agents as well?

We’ve got 70 yrs on planet earth,Lets make the most of every day!

I thought you were taking a break from the forums Mr. Dazzling.
