    Hello, I would like to know some specifc books that anyone would suggest on developing / subdivision, I have read some property & business books, these are the ones I can remember reading the rest are read by sitting on my book shelf

    All RK books, rich dad, poor dad, cashflow, guide to investing, business school, I havent read his latest one yet.
    Virginity by Rrichard Branson
    Think and grow rich
    The millionaire next door
    The power to be your best by todd duncan
    Steves books
    Boost up your life by the boost lady (just read this one, it was very disappointing)
    Secrets exposed (just finished this one last night, it was pretty good)

    First try the monthly magazine “Property Investing” which lists books in the back.
    I found “Australian Residential Property Development” by Ron Forlee fantastic. A bit technical in parts but has very informative (around $30) available from Dymocks
