About to purchase my first investment property. Anybody have some advice regarding Conveyancing and Pest/Building inspections. Can I just choose someone out of the Yellow pages, local etc, or should I be looking for referrals.
It is just a simple house, which I don’t think would have too many issues. Just looking through the Yellow Pages, seems there are alot to choose from, should I be asking any specific questions?
The property is in North Western Sydney.

Ask your solicitor or conveyancer and they should be willing to organise it for you.
I use M & M Pest Inspections and Superior Building Inspectors in Sydney and they give good detailed report within 3 days, sometimes in two days if requested. They do reports for all around Sydney.
