    What happened to guru watch?

    I used to really like viewing this forum. It was a good way for people to understand these gurus and tread warily?

    Does it still exist, or am i missing something?

    Guru Watch is now merged into Heads Up – there was some reorganisation of the community about 6 weeks ago.

    Hi Yack,
    Where have you been? Haven’t heard from you for ages. It sounds to me you are more to other forums than this one, aren’t you. I used to read all of your threads in this forum.

    I have not had the same passion for posting at the moment. I am in a holding pattern, trying to consolidate.

    Our PPOR has been renovated and I would love to buy another property. But I still reckon things are overvalued.

    So I am trying to contain myself, consolidate and look for opportunities in the next 2-3 years. Rents have gone up, so thats good.
