For many months i’ve been warning people on the forum about the direction of the NZ economy. I hope i know what i’ve been taking about as i’ve just returned to Australia after living in NZ for 2 years. This article agrees with my thoughts.
There is an interesting article in this weeks BRW on the state of the NZ economy , this will certainly have an effect on the housing market. Page 28 BRW 2-8 Feb 2006
i think everyone who owns in NZ or is thinking of buying in NZ should read and consider what is being said.
