The right direction? checklists used by banks?

I would like to get some insight into some behind the scenes processes / procedures and wonder if any of you are in a position to be in the know? I’d greatly appreciate it if you could PM me or email me via the member profile.[rolleyesanim]

Anyone able to share checklist for processes or progress report / tracker that is used by banks with regards to tracking property investment loan? And also similarly if any one is able to – a tracking checklist that a conveyancing solicitor might use for their practice?

I’d be very grateful to have some one direct me in the right direction?
