    I am really disappointed to have missed the cut for the Martin Ayles property developing seminar in Melb in early March. If anyone from the northern suburbs of Brisbane is going and would be prepared to put me in their handbag, or share the session with me at a later date, I will pay, gladly. Or if anyone has a seat and they can’t go, email me, maybe I can go instead and ‘share’ with you afterwards???

    but there’s a 3-4 min audio clip from one of this seminars that was being used as a promo……

    that was enough for me….
