    Hi

    We have an IP in Emerald, and the management has been fine until recently. Problems have coincided with change of staff, and new tenants. There are several other agents that manage rentals, but there’s no guarantee they are any better.

    Does anyone have an IP in Emerald that can give some feedback or recommendations on their manager?
