Need Strata Corp Approvla to run a B&B ?

Howdy,

I live in Adelaide and interested in running a B&B from a Strata Unit. There is nothing in the Strata Act that I can find regarding requiring aproval from other units, however the Council reckon that as part of the approval process re running a B&B (change of use), I would need a document from the Strata Corporation that said they were OK with a B&B being run ?

So, is the council correct, or have been told baloney ?
