Hey all
Im in the process of developing my first unit. At this minute im a little fustrated in how SLOW the council is. It seems that all i have been doing the last 5 months is waiting for them to do thier part in the building process. At the moment im waiting for a response as i have just finished advertising for the mandatory time after submitting my planning application. SIGH
I guess once they stamp the application plans i can go ahead and continue. JUST HATE ALL THE WAITING ! [grrr]
Going to give the town planner a call in the morning and see how its all going along, just hope i remember to put my happy voice on over the phone. [cigar]
