I have now builtup my IP’s (all are tenanted) the last one purchased in Sept with the hope of subdiving the block and building a couple townhouses.

I am also looking at other opportunities that have since come along, but my problem lies with my husband who is on workers comp since his motorbike accident last May (he will get a pay out later this year).

Wondering if anyone can see me having any problems borrowing funds using also husband’s workers comp payments as proof of earnings?

Secondly does anyone know of a broker I can use (I live in ACT) that won’t lose their bundle before the deal is complete?

    Many thanks

There a few lenders who will take workers compensation into consideration depending on the LVR.

I would need a few more details on what you are trying to achieve to be in a position to comment further.
