I am looking at offering vendor finance (in the form of vendor financing part of the purchase price) and do not know if it is necessary for me to purchase one of the Wrap manuals (Wrap Pack or Wrap Kit).
I have been told that whilst both products are mostly about Wraps they do contain some information on what I am looking to do. Can anyone tell me, do either of them contain much information on what I am looking at doing or just a little? It might be that I do not need to buy either of the products.

I’d be hoping for a smorgasbord of suitable and proven ads – basically a system for selling on low deposit.

    Would appreciate any advice.

    Thanks.

    Tony

Hi Richard. I am in Sydney, NSW

Hi Xenia. I am aware of Rick’s product – I just don’t know which product (if any) provides the most information on selling on low deposit.

    Thanks.

    Hi Tony,

If all you are after is sample advertisements, have a look in the trading post there are always lots of wrappers adveretising in there.

sorry Tony, can’t answer your question as I have never compared either wrap product. Payments by installments are against the law in SA so I have never looked them up to any great depth.

    all the best

    Thanks Alistair,

Purchasd the Trading Post and it was good to see several ads. I am not just after the ads, more a complete, proven system for selling on low deposit. I am also not against spending money as I know there will be a cost to learning on my own.

I’ll see if I can get hold of one of the products to have a look. If either provides the kind of info I am after I will purchase.

    Thanks again.

You don’t need a pack. All the info is out there, if you want to spend time looking. Really, there is nothing much to a wrap. It is just selling a property where the owner pays you in installments. That’s it. However, owing a pack might be more convenient.
