    Can some one please tell me about the 11 second rule when searching for positive cashflow properties ?

    Pete… start reading some of Steves books!! The 11 second rule is not really relevant these days anyway in my opinion….

    Try searching for ’11 second solution’. Youll prob get lots of threads saying people cant find any deals on the net that fit the 11 sec solution .(duh)
