    Just wondering if anyone lives in SA and can recommend a Solicitor or conveyencer down that way?

    do you need a solicitor OR a conveyancor? Do you need someone to settle a purchase or do you have another property related matter, if so, is it commercial or residential. I can point you in the right direction, just need to know what you are after

    Hi Xiena,

    I am looking for a solictor to help settle a property in SA.

    I asked for a conveyancer because I use one in NSW and they seem to do the same role as a solicitor.

    What do you think?

    Hi Tyrone,
    In SA, hardly anyone uses solicotors to settle a property. There are many good conveyances around that can do the same job for cheaper.

    One I have used before is Roger Scott in Kurralta Park
