    We are a couple with a family in our late thirties and have an invest
    property we purchased 2 years ago for $300,000, currently leased for $220 per week, being self employed and just downsizing our business, we are finding our $270 a week additional to the rent somewhat difficult. we have been renting ourselves since this purchase so are currently paying out over $600 per week just to rent
    /invest, we now wish to purchase our own property but are dissapointed to learn our investment property will be lucky to reach $320 , Do we sell and cut or losses and move on to our own property or keep renting and hang on to it, we do not wish to rent any longer than we have to, current debt on property is $260000.We have thought about moving into the property but it is somewhat too small for us and our six children.
