    Hi all,

Can anyone assist in advising on a strategy to be able to renovate full time?

We have 1 property that we occupy and is nearly finished. We owe 135k and the house is worth 200k. Do we sell or hold?

We hear about people/couples renovating full time but are very confused on how to go about this.

    Help?

renovations take time and money. You can do it full time, the key thing is CASHFLOW. you need cash to get started, and you need to sell a few to generate enough cash to sustain your full time business!!!!

a business plan detailing exactly how you will go about it, if written properly, will alert you to how much you will need, then work out how much to sell and how much to hold!

    hope this helps!

We buy properties in Adelaide. No Agent Fees.

    Thankyou for your response!

As much as people say never sell, I can’t see us being able to do it without selling.

Can we set up a line of credit as a ready source of cash so we don’t have to sell?
