    Hello All,

    Can anyone give some recommendations for solicitors in WA? I am living in NSW, but interested in WA poperties, especially at Kalgoorlie region.

    Besides, I am a green beginner to property investment. Although I have done heaps of readings and research, have got none real practice. Could anyone give some practical advice?

    Are you asking for a solicitor to handle your real estate purchases?….here in WA we don’t usually use conveyancing solicitors unless there is a specific need. Instead we use settlement agents who are generally cheaper from what I can tell.

    I used Mint Settlements in Perth in September and they were fantastic.
