    Hi.

    My name is Hernus Carelsen.

I just became a member of propertyinvesting.com and I’m very excited about it, to say the least.

I’m very impressed with the quality of information provided by the forum participants. And I’m very impressed with the web site as a whole. Well done Steve & Co!

So here is my first question (I’m sure it’s been asked many times, but I’m not very successful in finding it amongst the thousands of forum posts):

My wife and I earn good incomes, we enjoy our jobs, and we’re quite busy. So I figured the best way for us to find our first positively geared property, is with the help of a Spotter.

Where do we find the spotters?
If we find one, how do we know it’s a reputable spotter?
What is a reasonable spotter fee?
    What are the pitfalls?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Cheers
    Hernus Carelsen

    Hernus,

Just put the word out as you have and I’m sure you will be contacted via pm ( personal message ).

I have asked the question too, if I remember rightly some work of a comission of the savings, and some have a flat fee of $2,000.

Pittfall, if you dont research the area, then how do you know if you are purchasing above or below market value?

The wrong information could be costly.

    Just food for thought

I havent used one by the way, I have spare time due to my shift work.

    Coodluck with it.
