Yesterday attended a auction for a luxury house in West Pennant hills. 2100sq mtr, 3 levels, 75sq living space, pool, in ground spinkler, putting green (????) 6 toilets(!!!) 5 BRs (all with ensuites) gym projector room etc. Beautiful sandstone flagging etc etc.
Previous sale in street of near identical house (all built at same time with simlilar dimensions,) was 3.2M.
Only bid was 2.3M and passed in. VERY disappointed owner (builder).
Now lets see, 1/2 acre @ 1.2M, building costs 800-1M, guess the bidder did his home work.
Next door is on market for 3.5M. Hmmmmmm, may have to wait for that price, (like 2020)
