    Hi,
    I’m trying to sell a property in an area that I do not live in. We have listd it with an agent but have not had much luck as it is in a small rural town.
    Any suggestions as to how I can sell it ?

    just to add a twist to your thinking bxd…

    why would someone want to buy it?

    if you identify this, then maybe you can focus the efforts of the agent and (re)position the property in the most appropriate light.
