I want to sell my house as a private sale…does anyone know where I can download a copy of the Contract for sale.
I was able to download a PAMD 30c which is the warning statement, but have not been able to find The Contract…any help would be appreciated.
    Thank You

The Contract for House and Land Sale is available from the REIQ in Qld but I think you need to be a member to access the blank contract. If you know a Solicitor or RE Agent they may be able to give you a blank copy of one.

You don’t need to be a member to obtain a House & Land Contract from the REIQ you just pay a different rate.

I assume you will be using the 5th Edition.

I have the blank Non Member contracts on my computer but as the are all key locked i cannot email you one.

Happy to fax you one with all relevant pages if that is any good to you.

Let me now if you want one.

I think they are 50c at REIWA in WA..though they dont like giving them out.

However, once you have one..HP is your friend ;o)

Has anyone out there sold their property/ies privately?

There is obviously the big pro of saving 2-4%, but how was the experiance? Was it worth it?
