    Hey Guys,Hope yr well!

I am wondering if anyone is still doing any deals out in Broken hill NSW.or,Any success stories from the past?

Before you all say that place is a hole I wouldnt invest there,
(without boasting)my propertys went up 40% in value plus positive cash flow last financial year,so I am sure others have been enjoying the same returns?!!

I love the place,I think it is awesome to be able see the out back of Australia and check out the history of the best country on planet earth! All this while getting nice returns too!

    What do you guys think?

    Regards Dematio.

    Hey Goodrum,

The tornado or storm or whatever it was,was aparently pretty wild!!
But thankfully it only affected about 2 ks of the south really severely with alot of roofs being torn off etc!The rest of the town was pretty much ok.

    Hi Dematio,

A friend of mine have bought two properties there. he bought one for $25,000, and potential rent is $120/week. Another one was $35,000 for similar rent. I could not believe my ears when I first heard from him. Does this sound true?

    Cheers,
    herman

    Hey Learn @ Share Herman,
    Yes This is still possible!
I actually missed out on one for 8K about 2 months ago.
    But,
for 25K you are going to need to add value yr self rather than pay tradesmen as it would blow the Equity very fast!

    Regards Demarge
