    Hey all:

    Looking for suggestions/solutions for the following.
    If you have a company as trustee for a unit trust and are self employed (3 years)

    Wish to purchase from NZ as IP’s
    Have enough deposits for 20% of ist property.
    Need:
    – Low Doc with Lender that will lend 80% LVR
    – Security against NZ property
    – No need for supporting income.
    – No Need for proof of deposit

    Might like to try someone like Wizard or Resi both operate a lodoc 80 scheme

    80% Low Doc in a trust should be ok, subject to security/location,
    Try Pioneer, GL, or source funds via a mortgage broker in Australia or NZ, Cheers.
