    Hi there cowboys (Loan arrangers)…

Hope you are all well – remember me?

Just wondering if any of you know someone who would consider credit impaired owner builder construction loan.

I’m having trouble finding somebody, it’s a tricky one but the servicability is fantastic and full doc, 60% LVR.

Credit impairment is extensive, been to all conformers and a few niche funders without luck. We really need ownerbuilder finance.

Any fingers pointed in the right direction would be appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Liz

Not sure how extensive credit problems are but there are a few out there. Try someone like La Trobe.

    Gross,
    Coupla Ruskies??

Does the money come in a black violin case as well ??

    13% is not outrageous.
What sorta LVR is acceptable, and is short term ( 12 months) OK as well ?
What sorta security is requirted ( is 2nd mortgage, or ‘caveat’ OK, or does it have to be 1st mortgage?)

You could do a lot of damage with a bucket load of 13% money in 12 months…
