    Hi Guys,

can anyone advise which lenders offer the highest LVRs? I have not decided on a location to purchase yet (I know this affects the LVR). I am aware of the 95/97% LVR loans arround and the ST George 100% loan. Can anyone suggest something better?

    Thanks for any help.

There are quite a few of these products available ranging from 100% to 107.5%
Adelaide Bank, Homeloans, Establishment loan, Mobius, Stg.

Apart from the rates & fees you also need to take into account each lenders LMI premium, application fees & break costs,
In certain cases a 95% lend with LMI capitalised to 97% can be a much cheaper option, Cheers.

110% is available from a private lender here in Qld if the purchase is in the Sunshine State.

Thank you Steven and Richard for your feedback. I appreciate the effort. I note the comments on the 95%/97% possibly being cheaper and I suspect you might be correct.

    Thank you very much.

You should be very cautious when considering a loan above 100%. It leaves you over exposed and highly vulnerable.
