    Anyone got the lowdown on how best to make offers?

    I seem to get stuck on this topic.

    Any tricks, or preferred methods with specific hints anyone??

    Any suggestions on what has worked for you in the past?

    Any differences when making offers for land instead of regular house?

    Land wise – I have found in the past that depending on the developer, you could negotiate a rebate for a cash offer. I have been able to negotiate $1500 off the block price as a rebate by signing up CASH not SUBJECT TO FINANCE! Worth a try!?![biggrin]

    In the last hour I’ve also done a search on this web site under ‘offers’ and found some great comments posted in the past (for anyone else interested).

    include a time limit ie this offer ends on friday 4.00pm

    Also Try buyer beware. It has an offer template that you can use when making offers. So there always in writing…
