Hey all,
I need a heads up from any of you that either invest or know someone who invests or just know of a 3 (atleast) bedroom house for rent at bondi beach, doesn’t have to be immediatly available.

Yeah, I too would surely like to know… Unfortunately I don’t invest in Sydney (well not Bondi Beach).
You might like to head down to the RE agents and start asking questions. They’d be most qualified and equiped to provide you with renting property down by the water.
Oh, and I recommend a shack back from the beach a bit that wouldn’t cost as much to rent as one of them new and recently renovated townhouses or better yet appartments, you might still be able to find one fairly central to the beach and pubs.

So I told spi what he should do cause nothin gonna fall in his lap…
