I’m just new to this and am keen to get some cashflow positive properties asap to get off the farming income roundabout!!
How do I start with no deposit? I’m really keen to get some creative ideas as to my best place to start from.

Believe it or not you just got started. Getting the fire in the belly to do something about your situation is the start.
There is no easy way to get started without a deposit, but start learning and researching while you save.
As you obviously live in a country area, that’s where some of the best cf+ deals can be found, most people can’t be bothered with the deals because they don’t have easy access to them, but you may. Have a look around.Mal

What Schwing said about researching and increasing your knowledge is very important. You could also get onto a finance broker, there are some very ood ones on this forum, and find out what you can borrow and do with what you’ve got already, then you could move on from there. You could also start looking at houses etc. to get a feel for the process, what’s out there, prices etc.
