    I am working on an new site to offer sellers free advertisements, including pictures for their properties.

    First I need some listings, so I am offering the first 10 people who register to have their property listed in the feature section for free.

    If anyone is interested in working together on the site or would like to write some articles on realestate in NZ, please drop me an email.

    I was just reading your comment in another post about management being different in NZ. It’s funny because I have just had some people from the UK make the same comment.

    I am still in Tokyo. If I can have some success with the site, maybe I will move back OZ or NZ.

    If anyone would like any info on the Tokyo/Japan property market, please let me know.
