no this is not an advertisement.
I posted who would be interested in this type of mentoring in this section and answered a post on the position of the mentoring results.
so heres my little mentoring challenge.
I have a project that I am embarking on and it exchanges within 2 days it has cost me 8k so that is similar to the 9k mentoring fee I would like the mentor or mentors to put forward one of there shooting stars that has a project that will settle within say 1 week I’m sure after reading the number in the results section there must be alot to pick from.
once they post there deal I will post mine.(you show me yours first)
we then run our respective projects and then after say 6 months we see what person gains have been made.
I like a challenge so lets play the money game but this is real money and were talking real gains or losses.
then we will see (I would like to know which mentoring system is best) if books work or being good at what you do for a living.

hi all I have a 42 day settlement so 2 weeks either way i will accept but you have to be mentored or you can sub post your deal and see if you beat me.
I never said it wasn’t unfair but business is unfair and this is real life, real money not I think I could do this if I was to do that.
this is I’m doing this and this is the result.
and at the end of the day return is return.
I have on purpose picked a new venture with a new product so it evens the field a little but I don’t plan to make a loss so yes it should be fun to see what comes out.
I have noticed all the readers but nobody that is or has been mentored asked for a time extnsion.
and I hope that when the person who decides to accept this challenge they don’t decide on crown casino white. being a 50/50 chance of success because I’m not working on those odds.here to help

not sure if in that time I will have an opponent.
after say 55 days I may open up the field to non mentored investors and pit my return against yours and seehere to help

And then compete once competency and knowledge is substantial.But for all you seasoned developers…

There was another post by Gross that seemed to be about a speculative mentoring program he may have been contemplating.

in response to your questions sonja your half right and Drx you are signing up for nothing what you will see is which system ( if steves is a system )does produce profit and to what level as we have no way of evaluating if the mentoring system works( nor do the members of the mentoring unless they have some thing to gauge it against.

The “are you interested in this type of mentoring” was to gauge who and what would people be mentored but totally different to this.
I have no way of gauging the return what this mentoring system, steve is or has organised will return.

I am sure one on the mentoring system must read this post and lets see what return is made within 6 months.
There is nobody getting involved in this current project as is has been closed and the cost is the same as or near enough (mine is cheaper) to the same cost.
If I don’t get an opponent by settlement then I will list the project and see if we have a better return from another investor here.
so it going to be a interesting 42 days even dazzling subdivision may bet it.

Can you clarify what the significance of the 6 months is ??
Does the project have to be wra_pped up in 6 months ( completed and sold/revalued) or just the project get underway ( finance set, contracts signed, etc)I am neither a mento_r or a mento_ree, but I’m still happy to pit my project against one of yours, but I, like the others reading this, am not quite sure what exactly you are proposing.
I have spoken to you personally, so I know that there is some method to your madness, and I, like other forumites can learn a lot from your strategies and experience.
But something gets lost in the translation when you put it in writing.

steve has a mentoring program that is on now where he and his team are coaching people into their wealth creation.you are proposing that one of us not in the mentoring program that have ongoing projects that we are doing ourselves, may do things faster than them??????

hellman is right.
as for translations or interpreter well you try to keep it simple but it never turns out that way.
Kp in the first instance you can’t add yours yet as I want a mentee from the other group and so far nobody has replied but if I don’t get a mentoring person then by all means will accept a wrap.
6 months is just a number if the mentoree wants 12 months all the better mine is not time sensative.
and spi I don’t drink by the schooner I savour.
And as for speed I am not saying this is faster but lets see which is more profitable.
hope this makes it as clear as mud.
for the ease of everyone after the sg3 meeting here in sydney I may get it cleared up if any questions.

I have liverpool that is taking more of my time unless they are looking at (I was going to post the return but that is unfare)% then I will see who is going to post.
each day does not cost me anything but each day does tell me that what they are offering is smoke and mirrors and if this is the case then the people on the system should be asking questions and if you are on the inside then ask the question.
put up and lets see who make the most because when I settle I will tell all here what my return are for this project and as I have said all of mine are stand a lone project this one is different as it has been setup for this project.
