    Hi Steve/Brent,

A quick reaction to the RESULTS forum.

I understand the forum is only available to people in the program (no problem with that whatsoever) however was wondering if one of the following could be considered?

    1. Results is at the bottom of the forum page. A bit like out of sight out of mind.
    2. A separate (extra) login is required for participants so the forum is once again ‘out of sight out of mind’
    3. Or is it possible for ‘standard forum participants’ (like me) to be able to set up screen view so we cannot see results forum?

The problem (as I see it) is that the RESULTS forums will ‘overpower’ the other ‘open’ forums and make the site a little clumsier.

    My thoughts.

    Hi Derek,

Could it be at the top to purposely bring attention to the program ?

    Cheers,

It’s the same as InvestEd Derek..promoting the membership side of things.

InvestEd has Steve Navra and a host of other professionals giving assistance and posting in their members only area.

This may well become a Members only forum or stictly dedicated to positive geared investments. There are a couple of other newly esablished Property Forum boards out there, it’s just a matter of directig focus that way.

    Hi Guys,

Gotta say I’m with Derek on this one. I was a bit surprised when I first saw how it was set up. Not a really big deal but wondering why people have to look at it and then be reminded that they can’t access it everytime they log on to the forums…

I agree with Derek about it being moved to the bottom of the page. I don’t mind having it there, but it’s kind of in the way taking up so much space at the top of the page.

Most people are not members of this RESULTS forum, and also new people come onto this site all the time. It may put the new people off if they come to a new site to find that they cannot access lots of threads at the top, and it does not feel welcoming.

Much better to move it somewhere at the bottom, in my opinion.

Got to add my excessive and severe weight to the thoughts about this topic in respect of the siting of the forum and the accessability-or lack of- to the topics.
I realise that it is the owners perogative where to put the forum but having at the top says that in their eyes , it is the most important, Ahhhh but us little minnows in the large investment pool know better , don’t we ??? Well don’t we ????
We will not be flushed out with the dishwater, NO SIREE!!! Not Us . So lets all open up our windows and shout out to everyone that “we are sick of it and we are not going to take it anymore”
Oh SORRY that has already been done!!
    Cheers Len

    hi all
Maybe I’m looking at this wrong I don’t have a problem with yes it would be better at the bottom or not there at all but if I shelled out 9k I think I would want not only the section at the top but a success section also so other mentors or hopefull mentors can check that they have succeeded and not just gone along with the traffic and infact waisted 9k.
as for the link I think that if you know of another investor web site post and I’ll help with my bit I’m going to post a tread and add to it.
as we all need to learn as I posted once re a investment club in melbourne you must be very carefull that they don’t get taken over from a monitary reason I wouldn’t think steve would squash the site of the other section because you need those to get people interested and then shell out 9k so it is a chicken or egg situation you need both.

lets have a what have you made page so you put up an investment that was made today (well in 2 days as thats when it settles) you post your return and see the returns for the 9k, mine is 8 k out lay so its not far off the same I’ll post gross project and the mentor for the other can pick a project and after 6 months which isn’t a long time lets see the returns.
    This should be very interesting

    here to help
