I’ve been reading my emails from Domain.
Seems to be liquidation sales on the market.
I’ve just received two. They’re both in Caboolture Qld.
Does this mean that some of “us” investors have over stepped the borrowing mark?
I can’t inagine Queenslanders feeling the pinch this early on.
I would expect it in Sydney.

At the moment I’ve stepped back from property.
I’m in the process of buying two more Sydney taxi plates. A lot better than investing in property.

    Just my thoughts.

    Hi,

I too get regular alerts from Domain and others.

I have noted lately that they are using emotive (e.g realisation sale etc.)words to get our attention.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the word liquidation.

    hrm,

It saddens me to hear of people who take up the challenge to create a financial future for themselves, only to fall on their bottoms.

They think they’re going down the right path, doing the right thing. As they read in Jan Somer’s and Steve McKnight’s books. But no.Their financial situation becomes too much due to any number of reasons.

How depressing having to face that situation.
    I feel depressed for them.
