I am currently in NZ sourcing property and have found a great deal but would like to get an idea of what it wold cost to renovate it, in order to be able to increase the rent.
Does anyone know any good builders in the Waikato or Auckland areas that they have worked with and know are trustworthy and efficient.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
This is around a $80000 budget so a decent sized job for a good builder
