If I was to offer a property with vendor finance which is basically acting as a bank would one need to have any special banking licenses or documents etc. Just trying to do it all by the book. Also what laws Vanuatu might have in relation to this issue.

    thanks

    thanx for your time

    Hi Amazon

Is the property in Australia or Vanuatu? The answer to your question is based on:
    1. If it’s in Australia, which State the property is located as laws vary from State to State.
    2. If it’s in Vanuatu, I have no idea ;-)

    Cheers, Paul
