    Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for a good property manager in WA. Especially one that can get good tenants for rental of a house.

    Thanks [biggrin]

    Hi Vernon,
May help if you advise the Suburb or area !!
I’m using Prime Realty in Joondalup. Have only been with them for a few month but they have looked after me to date.

Some more seasoned WA investors may be able to assist better, depending on the area.

    Hi Vernon,

We are with Druitt First National in Scarborough. They are excellent.

    Mei,
I gave my useless PM the flick and am now using Druitt.

For those in Perth having problems I thought I would mention that this group is very slick.
They employ 6 PM and have 600 properties around Perth.

Also, I was able to negotiate management fee of 8.25% very happy.

    What areas Marisa?

I find that most PM’s soon leave the job or company so a good one never lasts too long.

Thats where the “Manage Intensly” part of BAM comes in, it’s your IP and ultimately your responsobility..keep on top of em and keep em honest..

as an aside..has anyone in WA used Joyce???

    HI Redwing
    I have properties in North/South.

Druitt service all areas in Perth metro.

They also provide an extensive profile on each PM including details on experience, years of service, their background.

If anyone is interested I recommend you view their package.

    Hi Vernon,

Growth Realty in Subiaco have looked after my IP in West Perth for 9 years now and they have been great. They are only a small firm though and seem to only cover West Perth, Subiaco area. I had great difficultly finding a great PM for our second IP in Rivervale. We are with AFG Property for Rivervale and they are OK but you could do better.
