After reading part of steve Mckights book 0 to 130 propertys in 3.5 years i began conducting some reasearch of my own in relation to population and Housing capital growth order.

    Austalian population
    of capital cities
    Highest to lowest 1994.

    Sydney
    Melbourne
    Brisbane
    Perth
    Adelaide
    Hobart
    Darwin
    Canberra

Housing Capital Growth Order (2002) (From steves book)

    Sydney
    Melbourne
    Brisbane
    Canberra
    Darwin
    Adelaide
    Perth
    Hobart

This shows the relationship between population and housing capital growth. Natural disasters such as bushfires will cause additional rise in housing capital growth due to greater need for housing (Supply and demand.

    Any comments
Plus does anyone know were i can get some better information or stats of these types of the same year?
