Are there any flippers out there with properties they want to offload? Ideally the property will be less than $200K and in an area with more than 10,000 people. This will be an investment property that hopefully meets the 11 second rule. That’s not too much to ask, is it!!
Better switch to SBS and wait for Warney to bowl again – much more likely to experience a flipper there! joke..
