Does anyone have or know where I can get some historical median home price data, preferably in Excel format? I’m particularly interested in Melbourne, but other info would be handy too.

Information Victoria sell a book with the last 10 years medians for each suburb. The bookshop is in Collins St, I think. Its only about $30 I think.
