    hi everyone,

    Please bear with me as a first timer on the forum. I have a substantial property on 25 acres north of Newcastle which is worth quite a bit of money. I have thought of selling but do not really want to as I know it is in a fantastic location and was wondering if I might be able to lease it out to Company or Companies for private getaway. Is this an idea? Could someone tell me if they have ever heard of this, or has anyone ever done something similar as I don’t know whether it is a proposition or not. Grateful for any replies.
