Just seeing if anyone can recommend any books/websites on investing in commerical property.
I am interested in smaller properties, like multi use sheds.
Any information greatly appreciated.

No different to resi the returns are higher the tennent usually pays all out going.
post a couple of questions and you will get the answers you require.
oh and you may also get the answers you don’t want, so take the risk.

I agree with gross, ask questions of people who do it, we’re all here to help, I buy commercial properties, but it would take me a week to write down everything I know, have to hit me with a specific question.
Re books, there is not alot out there, one that I read is “How investing in commercial property really works” by Martin Roth and Chris Lang, these authors also have a website with some info, look up on google!
