    Hi,
I’m putting out some feelers for someone who is into doing Wraps.
I have a property located and secured – for the time being.
Should my finance options not pan out, I would be most interested in hearing from any Wrappers out there who may be interested.
Contract price is $100k, Cat 2 location.
Responses need to be pretty quick, needless to say!

    Cheers

try the vendor finance association website., if you can get through, you may find wrappers ready to help.

The problem i see and you and I have discussed the deal off line is that:

    1) If i was wrapping it i would want 20-25% mark up on the property which defeats the object of your exercise.
    2) I wouldnt take a wrappee who couldn’t proove his income.

All in all 95% lodoc doesnt sound that bad at all.

    Cheers Richard
