I am looking to purchase a residential property and would like a report on recent sale figures in the area. I have been to one webiste however the data appears to be 6 months old (even though I paid $40 for the report).
Does anyone know of a good website I can go to?

RabpropRP Data can give sales report but it will still be 3 months behind as far as i know there all 3 months behind if you want up to the minute info then speak to the local RE agents.

We havn’t done much research there, we have an Report on Greater Dandenong area. We focus on WA & Qld mostly.
