    I’ve read 0-135 properties,
    and 1000000 in one year,
and rich dad poor dad (borrowed copy)

Today I bought myself a copy of rich dad poor dad,
and John McGrath’s “the ultimate guide to real estate”

What else is a “must read” for property investing?

    Hi Voigstr
I’m no novice to property investing, but I still average a book/fortnight. At the moment, I’m reading the dollar crisis and the E-myth. (Highly recomended).

There isnt a specific list of books that you read and all of a sudden you are a property investor, markets change property cycles change government laws change, you need to stay on top of it all.

My aim is to stay educated and keep reading for the rest of my life.

If you find that you are getting alot out of Kyiosaki’s and McKnight’s books, then you need to keep reading. Those are very common strategies that they describe. Moreover, those strategies only work in given market conditions and you need to know when and how to use them.

Once you find that your knowledge base is so big that you start wondering why you didn’t write this book or that what you have gained out of the book can be summarised on half a paragraph, then you know you are a property investor!!!!!!

    All the best

    Xenia

    Hi,
Just purchasing some RE books and one of them is Dolf de Roos – Real Estate Riches. I noticed there were two editions published with the same title… does anyone know the difference between the two and which one you would recommend over the other?

    Thanks!
